  This home was like a zoo! We saw a massive wharf rat run across the kitchen the first evening; we had a bat in the living room that same night, and a wild cat would attack our children if they went out the back door. They need some critter control for this rental home! The management company did send someone out all three times but they were not able to catch the rat or the cat, but they bagged the bat.
